What does it taste like? I've always wondered.

Well, the different types taste different. The blue one, is a rather minty, aniseed tasting one, but bitter.
Black, I've never tried.
Green. This shit is the sun of alcohol gods. It's like a mix of aniseed, a slight hint of root beer, and when poured properly, not bitter at all. I'd suggest trying it.
