Okay, seriously? I've seen too much of this "Society classifies this as vandalism".

Street Art: A picture or painting on the side of a building or wall that is well painted and is usually either satirical of the current political climate or is metaphorical of human existence.
Vandalism: Usually takes the form of the "artists" name or alias and is little more than a statement of "gangsta-ness", "boldness" or "I tagged this wall, my cock must be huge".
