I have quite a few, and even my really good ones did that too. It happens when they dip and get too much ink, not the depth of the line. I personally think it's all show. Something this stupid would be on the news, with the media telling us how the internet is bad. Not to mention with that shirt, chain, and ugly ******* mouth, someone would know who he was, and he'd be sued SO fast it's not even worth to joke if it was real you know?

i mean, even with todays technique it's impossible to remove a tattoo properly without making scartissue, so because of some asshole wanting to show up to te internet that boy got something permanent on his goddamn forehead.. the douche should get one himself aswell!
