It's basically Minecraft... in space! You have a space ship and you go mine other planets and there are space battles and stuff. The crazy thing about the game is that there are programmable computers WITHIN the game. Like an actual fully functioning emulated 16 bit CPU.

I've never heard about cobalt, so I don't know whether he is working on that. Although, there have been rumors that he may be helping out with Psychonauts 2
