There's a big difference in someone who has literally tens of billions of dollars giving it away (and still having tens of billions of dollars), versus someone who works for their money and makes just enough to pay bills and hopefully save some for retirement, etc....
when Bill Gates gives away billions, it changes his life NOT ONE IOTA. when I give away $500. , then I go without something that month
