i don't know if she'll be playing the same character but if she does i got a gutt feeling that it'll be something along the lines of :

the doctor going back in time to stop her turning into a dalek BUT if he does that then he runs the risk of the daleks remembering him because everything she done in that episode as a dalek like making all of them forget will be deleted from history so they'll all remember him again, thus the daleks continuing to fuck shit up :)

Apparently, they're giving the Dalek's a rest, so that'll probably all happen at the very end of the series and not be revisited for a while. The Doctor can deal with the Dalek's and he has a soft spot for attractive ladies.

they already gave the daleks a break , steve moffat said he wanted to try and re invent the daleks and make them scary again because he feels they've been too buffed and brightened up to be a dark scary nemesis to the doctor

Pond Life isn't a full episode from the new series. I'm not really sure what it is, but I'll find out now because I don't have much else to watch.
