Implying thats not enough evidence for apple to sue.

it depends on the type of midget. there's the kind you described, and there's proportional midgets (which is caused by a pituitary gland issue, and if i remember correctly, can be solved with hormone therapy)

Im not from the US, so I cant do it, but this should happen, if they can sue samsung for literally nothing, when really apple copied samsung (from the start) this can easily happen.

I actually like Apple and Samsung. I am not a fanboy. I use Mac and a PC, by using bootcamp. I have an android phone, and I will try out the next Iphone..

My aunt actually managed to get her iPad replaced for free, because she works with deaf kids at a local school and since she's also deaf, she can help them out.

She bent the truth a little bit and said that the deaf kids watching a movie on her iPad were trying to fast-forward the movie or do something with it, and they knocked the iPad off of the counter, and they gave her a free replacement one because of her occupation.

I own a galaxy s3 but if you can wait and do not mind a bigger screan i would go fot galaxy note 2. Has really some nice innovations,works with pen, is a bit stronger than galaxy s3 and has an awesome battery which will last very long compared to other phones . Just watch videos it is awesome(but yes a bit big).

thats not greedy... the original response by samsung was right. any company would go under if they weren't "greedy". and they probably gave him the phone in the end because it was totally great for their publicity and basically a free advertisment for them. AND upon recieving such a gift the guy did exactly what they wanted him to do. he took pictures and spread it across the internet. yet another advertisement for basically nothing. causing you and half the people in the comments of this post to assume exactly what they want you to assume. that samsung is a good guy generous company. 50$ the same situation NEVER happens again
