Download game make sure you are alone. Go to C:/WINDOWS/system32/*fakename*/ Instal the game there. "Instal properly". In my version I just had to extract it. There if you are a total newb (I do hope you are not.) Right click properties and make files hidden.
If there is no one with proper knowledge of system32 folder you will be fine. Rest is just proper timing when to play.

Good luck to you too. Here is a hint. If you want just ero then take easy difficulty and use cheat engine to keep your health to max. (Warning some monster have unavoidable attacks so be careful because e.g. squid girl gets you and you can only struggle 4 times on fifth it is game over because it's unavoidable sex scene and well because your health is infinite (find heath, make max number and freeze it) you will loop constantly in her attack and you have to load again; also be sure to save before and after each fight.)

It actually is changeling especially in squeal. (If you chose to play legit on hard)
