just incase anyone is curious about the real answer (it's not that obvious), the enzymes in the baby will "digest" the milk and split it into 2 products glycerol(not important) and fatty ACID most cleaning products are alkali's and the acid should neutralize it.

I´m sorry but as far as I know, milk is just used to dilute whatever the kid ingested (same as using water really). I guess the alkaline medium could cleave the triglicerids (saponification), but then again the gastic fluids probably neutralized most of it. And the enzymatic digestion of TGs mostly happens further down the line in the intestines.
