A pH level of 9 is not bad at all, it'd be like drinking ocean water, vinigar is far more acidic than humic acid and it's perfectly safe to drink.

The reason why pHs of acids are less than 7 is that the concentration of hydronium ions is greater than 10−7 moles per liter.

i know u wont believe me cus rule 30 and all that but im a phd in chemistry. fulvic acid has hundreds of acidic protons, it would be stupid to make a new name for each ionization state so they are all called fulvic acid, this is y it can be basic and still called fulvic acid. if u had been smart enough to go to wikipedia u should know that. u ever see a woman screaming at a cop that she doesnt need car insurance if she doesnt want it? those people who are so stupid they dont know it and cant be made to understand? thats u
