I'm fine waiting 2-4 weeks on PC for "timed exclusives" to become available for me.
I'll just go play the thousands of PC exclusive titles and maybe play some Portal 2 Co-op with my friend that as a PS3.

Not to mention the cost of a good gaming PC compared to an Xbox, or even a PS3

I only payed $300 for a really decent gaming PC, that could play a lot of games on high/ custom settings.
Anything else from there on is a plus. It's definitely worth the extra $200 when comparing to the Xbox. Not to mention downloadable titles are roughly about $10 cheaper on PC; Plus if you get Steam, they have shit tons of insane sales. (LA Noire for $5, Rage for $5, All Assassin's creed games for under $30, ect.)

That is my point, everyone uses that as their selling point for trying to make PS3 look better "It's free online" you know what that means, by not paying, the company doesn't have that extra money to go and do stuff like making contracts with game companies to create timed exclusives, or make exclusives at all, Halo was going to be multiplatform until Microsoft created an exclusive contract.

I think it's aim was to be more of an arcade style game. The game itself is pretty good. When they finally fix all the bugs and glitches it should be great.

For it's low price you can't go wrong. Plus it still has all the mod favourites as well, like Arms Race (now in the main game), Surf, Zombie mode etc. It has everything new that a newcomer would like, as well as everything old that an old veteran of the game would enjoy. In short, it's quite fun.

Yes CS:GO > Source because GO (for some reason) is cheaper than source

CS:GO is cheaper than Source and better so I don't really see a reason to buy Source.

Alot of other games use Cs:s weapons and such, garry's mod is the most prime example. So if you don't have css all of the guns on garry's mod servers and other games come up as big errors, and your hands, character models are all black and purple checkers

I don't think you actually need to own the game, just have the models on your hard drive.

My friend didn't have css and he had the same problem I described above. I even let him install Css on his computer from my account and moved the files over to his account folder where his games were. I even put the models and materials from css into his garrysmod models and materials. None of it worked, So he bought css and everything worked fine, all of the models showed up and everything

CS:GO also has a slightly different feel to it. I can't put my finger on it, but I'll get back to you on that.

and cs source is just cs 1.6 with better graphics

cs 1.6 is more skill based
cs source has easier aiming but it still has few good weapons
cs global offense i didnt played yet but what i read on the internets you have more weapons, more useful weapons and a matchmaking system
