Well, I'll tell why. This is how it is for me, at least. I am really nice to guys that I want to be friends with, and of course some guys mistake that for me liking them, when in reality, it's because they're nice to me so I really want to be nice back. And because I am so awkward, I hardly ever talk to guys I like because I get so nervous I almost start shaking, and I have absolutely no idea what to say, and I come off seeming mean to the guy. So I try to just avoid that all together. I know it's terrible but I really just can't help it, and I do realize that it's the reason I've only dated one guy in my whole life. It was a guy that liked me before I liked him, so I didn't get crazy nervous when I was getting to know him. And when I eventually did start to like him, I didn't feel nervous because I knew he already liked me. So that's why. And sorry for writing a huge paragraph xD
