you can't exactly illegally immigrate into a country that doesn't yet exist. In reality, what our forefathers did was more like an invasion.

When the Europeans went to the United States, there were no laws against immigration. I shouldn't say there was no government actually, considering there were many tribe settlements, along with large civilizations such as the Incans and the Mayans. Even still, there were no laws about immigration.
Illegal immigration is the event in which a person entered a country without verifying with the government that they've entered. Since there was no established, main government in the land that would be The United States and most of the land was not actually colonized, the European Immigrants entered and colonized the country pretty much legally.
So technically, this comic is incorrect.

Has anyone here actually been to an Indian reservation? They live in filth because of self inflicted societal problems and try to shift the blame to others.
I dated an Indian for two years. Between affirmative action, the IB diploma she was about to receive, and her grades in general, she was bound to be a success. Five days after we broke up, she started dating her cousin. Since then, she became engaged to him and attends a piss poor school in the Deep South so that she could be closer to him.
tl;dr? The only common factor in Indians' problems is Indians.

Technically the "native" americans crossed into north america several thousand years ago over the bering straight that connected eastern russia and modern day alaska. It was since submirged under the body of water known as the bering straight. So technically, the "native" americans shouldnt be there either.

This is a completely retarded argument anyway. To be a citizen of a country and therefore abide by its rights and rules (voting, taxes, etc.) it has to be known that you exist.
While there is no reason to have a problem with immigrants, ILLEGAL immigrants are illegal for a reason.
(And yes, I know the common "But Mexicans do jobs Americans don't want" argument, this is irrelevant. I'm not saying immigration/border patrol laws don't need to be changed, I'm saying immigration needs to be documented for legal reasons.)
