You people fighting against pinkie pie... I'm not 100% sure what's been going on here lately but let me try to clear some things up. I'm a website developer/programmer and a business owner myself. Number one, you people have to realize, this website is a BUSINESS. Look in the corner, Funnyjunk, LLC. Whoever actually owns/operates this website (which to this day is a mystery) can run things 110% how they want. This website is a virtual property to them. The keyword is "property".
Think if Funnyjunk was business down the street. In real life, would you physically go down to that business and post naked pictures of woman everywhere? No, in fact you would get arrested for trespassing and vandalism as well as some hefty fines. What you are doing is basically the same thing but on the internet.

This goes beyond the "term of service" or whatever you agree with you sign up. You are vandalizing virtual property. And beyond that, the pinkie pie makes a point. Advertisements pay for this website. In fact, this website gets such an enormous amount of traffic (according to alexa.com) that I wouldn't be surprised if there was hardly any actual profit off of it. To host a website like this you need a high speed dedicated servers. Do you know what a typical business dedicated server cost to run? At entry cost about $4,000 a year. For a site like this, pinkie pie is probably paying $20,000+ to host this website, not including development fees to keep the site maintained/updated.
Do you think that's money he wants or needs to spend out of his pocket? Just to host your hateful comments and stupid animated gifs all over the site? And deal with legal problems and outside parties breathing down his neck for copyright infringement/underage porn issues?

If you get banned, you probably were asking for it. Posting porn, talking shit to the person who gave you this site. If you don't like FJ/pinkie pie go somewhere else and quit supporting it, there are plenty of other comic/comedy websites out there.
