there is no actual cure that works. The only treatment available is drugs that kill off the brain slowly. they try to use the placebo effect to help fix it but rehibilitation takes a lifetime, and chances are he will have to take drugs for the rest of his life.

he cant even talk in complete sentances, he doesnt even remember things anymore, he just sits in his room all day now, and keeps saying something is telling him to kill himself. He flies off the handle when I try talking to him, he thinks that he is being watched and can tell what other people are thinking. He gets agry at me because he tries to read what I am thinking before I even say anything. We used to get along better than best friends, now I can't even comprehend what he is saying, and he can't even understand me anymore.

it started out 2 weeks ago. His personality flipped out of nowhere, and he has been like that since. my parents don't want to take him in to get evaluated because the medication turns people into complete vegetables for the rest of their lives. its a genetic issue that comes up in 1% of the population but since I am his twin I got a 50% chance of getting it too.

yeah, its crazy talking to him even. He just came up and told me that there is a camera in his room and he saw a trial on television and thought that it was about him. He has no concept of reality. I was just surfing fj and he was watching and he kept thinking that fj was talking about him all the time. He is so fucking delusional its driving me into despair and I am losing hope in life in general

he is beyond all help from what I have seen. He even thinks strangers are thinking about him and we might have to keep him in the house to keep him from seeing others, because he can't handle it at all. his delusions are that everyone can read his thoughts and everybody knows what he is doing at all times. At fist I thought he was just being extremely self centered, but fuck this shit has escalated pretty quickly
