I am being realistic. Last night, some guy posted loads of porn pics for about 20 minutes just to be a dick before being banned. And it doesn't matter if it's on profiles or boards, it's still outside of nsfw. A 12 year old could come on this site and accidentally view porn just by clicking on somebody's profile. Next thing the stupid shit goes and tells his mother and because there's no warnings of this being a porn site or needing to be 18 before you enter, so she goes and sues funnyjunk as legally you need to have a warning of some sort as it's illegal to view porn being under the age of 18. Next thing, pinkie pies under a lot of legal shit because some stupid cunt feels like having a picture of Sasha Grey on his profile. If we focused on the fact this is supposed to be funnyjunk and not redtube, then it would be a much happier site. Noone is banned for no reason, you either obey the rules or you don't.

I'm not saying pinkie pie can ban everyone who is posting porn, all he can do is try. And now that he is trying, cunts are complaining and saying he's being a dick for trying to save his own site. This is how he makes his money, he might have another job on the side, but he devotes a good portion of his life to this site.
Yes, the internet is filled with porn, most porn sites don't even ask for verification, but pinkie pie isn't accountable for that. pinkie pie is accountable for funnyjunk, his own site, he can't filter the whole internet, he can only filter funnyjunk. What's more is, he has every right to, it's his own site. As I said, he makes money from funnyjunk. Yeah, it can be forgiven, but you still have to suffer the consequences. And profiles can still be open and accessed by anyone, so no, it shouldn't be ok, a kid can quite as easily click a profile as easily as dodgy content in the newest uploads. And so what if they were banned for sharing their opinion, imagine the stress pinkie pie is going through with cunty comments and content like the one above. He's cutting down the number of bitches, albeit, not a great move, as it takes as well as it gives. He'll get rid of some complaints but receive more in doing so.

An opinion is not against the rules and banning because of that is just a dick move and heavy abuse of power that shows he really can't handle being pinkie pie.
There will always be complainers and if he gets bitchy every time someone says 'pinkie pie is a dick' and bans right and left he will only get a major setback later.
To the profiles again. Easy, set it on 'friends only' and make sure you only have friend list of people who approves of porn on profiles. No one innocent harmed.
While I respect rules, one of the reasons I haven't posted any porn on profiles since this shit started, pinkie pies job is also to listen to the users of FJ and takes complains when said and take praise when given. So far he have only played his own little game, not caring about FJ users at all. First the whole item shit storm as a prove. This is a public website, not his personal playground.

Yeah, I kind of tried to change what I was saying later on in my previous comment. I don't really approve of pinkie pie banning other users for just sharing their opinion either. However, I still think the fact he banned users for posting porn outside of the porn section is totally justifiable. And why complicate things? There's still no clear warnings about some users having porn, and that system leaks too far into the SFW section. porn is contained in the nsfw like a deadly virus in a lab, and what you're saying is that some scientists should be allowed to take some of the virus home as long as the kids agree to wear biochemical suits. It would be much easier if the kids put on the biochemical suits and walked into the lab to see the virus. And yeah, he's probably took thousands of complains into consideration, but by law, there's just no way he can bend them, it's far too risky. Items are annoying as fuck, but that's nothing to do with this.
