Just an FYI: Doing this will kill your battery. I had a iPhone charger-skin (It's what it says) and I was constantly charging my phone. A few months later, the battery got so shitty that my phone currently can't last more than 1 hour on it's own battery before dying.

Your first mistake was buying an iPhone.

Why is that a mistake? iPhones are known to be reliable and durable. I jailbroke and overall messed with it a lot, which is probably why the power is screwing up.

Any iPod or iPhone that I've ever owned or touched is always laggy, glitches, freezes, and has shitty battery life.

Well there are a few explanations for this. Either you've bought pre-owned iDevices. You could've had a latest iOS on a old iDevice. You could've jailbroken your iDevice. A brand new iPod and iPhone shouldn't be laggy, glitchy, freeze-worthy or have a bad battery life. if it's brand new and has issues, just bring it in for a replacement.

I bought a brand new iPod last January, and it's extremely laggy and slow. :\ I live in a new state now, and so I lost the receipt and all in the process of moving.

Well then it's part of your fault as well for forgetting the receipt... I'm sure they will replace it for you. You should've received a copy of the receipt by E-Mail. If not, I'm sure you can go in-store, give them your credit card and they will check your bank account details to see if you really did buy it; followed by giving you a new receipt. Voila!

Yeah people need to realize rechargeable batteries don't last forever. Every charge just lowers the capacity by a tiny amount which adds up if you keep charging it like a maniac.

Yeah. I've learned it the hard way... Now my phone is useless :(

You can always replace the battery

Yeah, I could, but I just realised that my warranty is still valid; so I'll just bring it in for a replacement.
