The punishment was being banned from racing and being stripped of his 7 titles, but we all know he won them and besides, it's a french competition, it's not like the USADA's opinion matters.

As a result, though, donations to his charity, Livestrong, have gone up 25 fold, so Armstrong ultimately is the winner here.
