They are fucking Companies, not giving machines. The literally only point of a company is to make money. I won't say if that is good or not because that's another comment, but you can't complain if a company wants to make money. And how does not releasing amazing inventions make more money?

Well, in America and other countries where you have to pay for health care, half a dollar for cancer tests would have them making 0 money.

New efficient ways to cure/accomplish things that are cheaper are a threat to major companies who overcharge for their service and make a huge profit. If these new inventions get out, then they don't make the profit. Some companies will actually pay somebody large ammounts of money for the rights/paten to these new inventions so they can keep them off the shelves forever, and make money.

It's probably a conspiracy theory.. but I've read about a man that found a legitimate cure for the common cold but large pharmaceutical company payed him for it and just did nothing with it. The reason being when people get a cold they run out and buy head ache meds, cough syrup etc. And the companies make huge money off of that so these 'solutions' are threats to their profit.

Look at Nickola Tesla, he made a machine that pulls static out of the air and turns it into a clear power source, a clean FREE power source. They labeled him insane and confined him in a room until he died.

Wardenclyffe tower was not energy generator, Tesla wanted it to trasmit energy wirelessly not create it out of the thin air (btw wireless energy projection is barely understood Today. Tesla did it then. In a desert. With a pile of junk). Project fell through because no one was interested in founding it, not because it was shut down, because electrical companies make more money on transmition charges then on production.
Nicola Tesla lived on his own, in New Yorker hotel, going out and feeding pidgeons and even hosting dinners till he died. No one locked him anywhere.

Means on its own it don't produce energy, you have to put energy into it. Just separating it from oxygen doesn't give you anything except small amounts of combustible gas, which takes more energy to produce then it can give.

You can buy quick recharging packs at Radioshack (you could put it in a mouse if you really wanted to). You can buy hydrogen cars from Honda (hydrogen from water goes in, water comes out). None of those technologies were "shutdown". It's just that nobody buys them.

because if the company doesnt replace batteries or sell chargers they will lose money. oil companies will go out of business cause water isnt exactly a controlled commodity.

Why would that matter? If he invests and opens up a factory to produce such an engine, he can sell it individually for people to install it or sell to companies that make cars.

Take Clyde Shipbuilding, it was one of the largest industries in Britain and constructed some of Britains greatest ships, but since somewhere else can do it for cheaper and of similar quality everyone goes there.

People will manufacture it for minimal, sell it to the hospitals for medium then the final sale (To people that have to pay for health care) is for maximum. However wherever healthcare is free it comes out in taxes anyway so you still pay, just not as much as others depending if they need more healthcare.

Problem with cancer is early detection. With tests we have today they are expensive and people don't take them casually.
But lets say this comes out and it costs 2 dollars a test. Big profit margin. You buy a year supply for 104 dollars, and take the test once a week. On your own.
If you get cancer its detected in infancy, then you go to doctors and they can cure it, giving you FAR better chances of survival.

There is no cure or treatment for pancreatic cancer, it has like a 99% mortality rate with or without detection.

That's not how cancer works. You can put it in remission, but its not permanent.
Pancreatic cancer has 20% five year overall survivability. If caught in phase 1 it goes to 43%, problem with pancreatic cancer is that sympthoms start to show when it has already in stage 2 or even stage 3.
This cheap early detection could give people dozen or more years, good years. which is best you can hope with most forms of cancer.

Or it will be all at once, with samples taken from different parts of the body. In which case materials will be $1, with man-time cost of around $70.
