This is completely untrue, if you're talking about blacks in America, you are wrong, even though there are black people that are in better shape than white people, that is thanks to selective breeding during slavery. But to say they're slightly dumber, that is absurd. Even with Africans, just because a culture is different and the way they do things isn't the same as the way you do it has nothing to do with their intelligence. A man can operate an Ipod, but would he know how to create a strategy to hunt down his food? Intelligence is measured differently wherever you go, so before saying something as mind numbingly stupid as that, please, consider their culture first.
