I'm not gonna tell you that you're gonna get rewarded in the afterlife for your deeds. That's up to your own belief. But I am gonna tell you that, for the great thing you did, you've grown as a person. You've grown better, smarter, more knowledgeable about the world.
It may seem like a shit experience, but you're going to be a wiser person for it.
I'm sorry you had to go through it though, but you were a strong guy throughout the pregnancy, you've proven that you have the strength to get through this time.

Now one last thing. One last thing that I ask of you OP.
Try to show some sympathy for your ex.
I know, what she did to you was terrible, and I'm not trying to justify it. What she did was wrong. She does deserve your hatred.
But just because she deserves it, doesn't mean you have to give it to her. I'm not going to pretend I know what was going on in her brain, but I can make a good guess.
Women are biologically more emotional than men, especially when it comes to children. Despite everything you did for her, she still would've been very frightened of the whole situation, scared if she was able to take care of a baby, scared that she was getting into this way too young. And human beings can act very irrationally and selfishly when scared.
I know she screwed you over, and you have every right to be mad at her. But also try to show some understanding to her.

You've got a future man. It may be hard to take back, but you still have it. And I can see, a hard working, strong willed person such as yourself should be able to pull themselves back on track.
