....no. More often then not you release the air in your lungs when you die. You never have any air left in your lungs when you drown....that is kind of the idea of drowning. Because of this your body will actually sink and stay sunk for several days before floating again. It floats because when a body decays it releases a gas....as we all now gasses are less dense then liquid, so the body floats. I believe the gas is nitrogen, but don't take my word for it.
