This was just my experience, but the higher the course number, the fewer the tests and real homework. They assume if you've gotten to that point then the bullshit can stop.

I totally agree! Getting near the end of my college career, I'm seeing tests and classes become a lot more fair, if not easier exactly haha

Yeah I agree. I was a history major, so my 500 level history classes were easier to handle than the 200 ones I had to take. Two of the three were just lecture classes with a midterm and a final, with a short paper or two. The other 500 level was the undergrad keystone, so it was a seminar with a shit ton of reading and a 25 page paper, but no tests at all.

At my University, if you have more than 2 tests or finals on the same day, you can get permission to have them rescheduled, or take the others at another time. But, like you guys, it's getting less and less likely to happen now that I'm working on my final year. I'm an Anthropology/Archaeology major and some of my upper division courses are easier to handle than some of the 120 classes I took.
