Ok, that GTA picture always kinda annoyed me. If you saw some guy rampaging down the street killing every, then wants to BUY a hotdog he could have just held the gun to your head and demanded a hotdog. What would you do... not make him a hotdog?

But he refuses to if you point a gun at him, sometimes they'll even fight you if you point a gun at them. Believe it or not, a lot of them are armed too in the game.

You could use the same logic for taxi drivers, when you fire off a gun taxi drivers either speed off or flee their vehicles in the game.
