You didnt put enough effort in then. You dont fail in high school because of bad teachers, you fail because you dont put the work in to teaching yourself when the teacher doesnt do their job. I had an awful algebra teacher once, the woman couldnt add 2 + 2, I spent hours in the library and on the internet teaching myself to do algebra, and this was in 8th grade. You can get a C in any class easily.

But if you have a teacher, they should be doing their job, and you should be able to learn from them. There should be no need to go out and educate yourself further because the teacher couldn't do it. If that was the case, I might as well have just been home schooled instead of attending public school. His job- which he's getting paid to do by taxpayers- was to teach me, and he failed, which is no fault of mine.
Of course he should do his job, but there are good teachers and bad teachers and there is no reason for you to fail. You should care enough about your education to supplement where the school fails you. Failure is not 100% the teachers fault ever, you can always figure it out on your own.
