To pay.. for people to be required to purchase insurance? Uh. No. You are now required to purchase insurance if you do not qualify for Medicare or Medicaid. They tax you if you do not purchase insurance. But they are not taking tax dollars to pay for medical procedures. Moron. No.. it doesn't actually cover state funded abortions (god forbid) and surely if they where legally being funded by tax dollars it would be like a revolving doors at planned parenthood for all those knocked up slut teens. Yep. Because that's reality.
