my grandpa always blames someone else. he thinks he so technogically avanced. always tells me how he gets rid of the viruses all by himself by downloading "cleaners" off of some shady website. and the "stupid" antivirus is spyware or whatever. and then he blames the computer or whoever uses it last for being slow.

Orange homepage (she doesn't even have orange broadband)
Type Yahoo into Orange search bar
Opens random Yahoo news article
Uses the URL bar to get back to Yahoo, so the news article means nothing
Searches for what she wants

I've already told her she can just have Google as the homepage and search instantly but she thinks "the Google" is made of viruses and hackers.
