My friend has this mouse and he says that it hurts your hand on the right side after long use (A few games of DotA). The reviews are good for it, but what do you think?

Comfy as shit and I move my hand left + right alot, (Cs 1.6 KZ MOD)
I use something between claw and palm grip.
Overall 9/10 mousewhweel can be sensitive at first, clicky or smooth scroll, you'll get used to it in a day or two.

haven't ever tried a trackball before.. but i do imagine it to be more accurate..

it takes a couple days to get used to but its alot like using an analog controller because you look with your right thumb while using one

Stayed in Arizona with my grandpa for a few weeks. he only had a track ball mouse.
Took some getting used to but once you do it's great.
When I got home it felt so weird using a regular mouse again.
