Haha, happened with me. My black lab was always the big dog compared to the beagle. But the beagle died so we got a Saint Bernard/coon hound mix. He's literally 3.5 feet tall and is overall about twice as large as the lab.

I should clarify- we got the hound when he was 4 weeks. He was about 5% of his current weight.
