dude question... the out of stock thing.. why does that happen so often

There are people on the site who spam r(refresh) to see when the new items pop up. The items drop in a certain amount of quantities(obviously rares having lower quantities than 200), when you click an item, and you haven't been sitting there waiting for it don't expect to get it. I figured out last night, this site has a shit ton of asians.
