Something my chemistry teacher showed me in tenth grade:
Water+Natural gas+Dish detergent.
Add dish detergent to water and then run natural gas into the mixture. Scoop off foam and hold in hand. Then you can light it on fire without burning your hand. The whole class got to try, it was awesome.
