I was watching the NASA stream. When they were cheering because of the successful landing, at one point they just zoomed in to a bottle of peanuts. Did anybody else see that?

Now we're one step closer to discovering the rest of the solar system, creating FTL drives, discovering the Mass Relays, establishing a place on the Citadel..

...and finally getting the chance to ass-bang an Asari.

Nice.

I have been out of contact with the world at my cottage.
Is it just a rover? Or are people actually on Mars now?

It's a brand new kind of rover. It's a nuclear powered mobile science facility the size of a small bus. It's a big deal because it's the first of its kind... I'm not quite sure what they intend to do with all this.. but apparently it can do some serious science **** no other rovers have been able to do.
