America usually divides it up into three groups.
Elementary(primary)
Middle school
High school

Seems like a waste of money if you ask me. Why not just cram Elementary into Middle school and save money like everyone else? Guess that's just government logic...

It's mainly because the want us to experience high school before we actually get to high school. Middle school is basically set up the same as high school.
