America is a land of Extremes on every front. We have both some of the most morbidly obese people ever, but we also have some of the world's greatest athletes.

You win some, you lose some.

I'm pretty sure statistically USA has the largest population of people who are obese. This isnt hating, im just saying that based on what i know and heard. and to be honest, the only reason USA and China have so many medals is because they have SOOO many athletes in the olympics. But i prefer USA over china because of how the Chinese athletes are treated. you can tell the US athletes enjoy what they do and have fun from time to time, but the Chinese athletes practice day in and day out ridiculously and are always so serious. Its one thing to win, another to enjoy what you're doing and Chinese athletes do not enjoy what they do compared to other countries.

not really fair, since america has a massive population, so its statistically more likely to have gold medal athletes, hence why china is doing so well. 1 in 3 americans are obese, thats not even including the ones that are just fat
