I never said you couldn't. I had an iPod touch a few years back, almost never payed for the music unless I wanted to support the artist.
I just find it easy to look up "Free music," and find several apps that will let you download it directly to your android device.

i have had both android and an iphone.

android has a lot of great features but until oems stop putting on horrible skins and commit to keeping a phone updated instead of just pushing out 20+ devices a year its will be unstable.

i might go back when the next nexus is released because jelly bean is wonderful but until then i am using an iphone because it's dependable.

yea because ipod is made for complete retards to be able to use. apple wants to own every damn thing so they make the ipad easy to use. but i guarantee its easier to repair an android then an ipad.

name something the ipad can do that the android tablet cant do at half the price?

but still, the android problems:
difficult app downloading = no fun
bad browser that doesnt work = whats the point?

However
Apple problems:
No usb = stupid no charge, or uploading
Stupid charge recorder = no way of telling when you will run out properly


TL;DR apple and android both have problems but apples easier to use but annoyinglly stupider

I was very late to the smartphone generation, and decided to buy my first one 2 months ago. I decided to invest in the idea of Nokia's Window's Phones, and love my decision. Some features of the Lumia 900 aren't as good as the iPhone or some Android phones, but it's a damn good phone. Plus I love the interface and Xbox Live compatability; especially as I am a bit of a M$ fanboy.

I actually just got my very first phone ever on the 28th & compared my to my iTouch and/or my friends iPhones (2, 3, 4, 4S) my Lumia 800 is just ....better overall. Being able to connect it to my xbox account was one of the main reasons I wanted a phone with WOS

1. Cheaper
2. Can put in an SD card, not totally internal.
3. The fastest and top of the line phones are androids
4. The Galaxy SIII has a gig of ram, Gorrilla glass, an 8mp camera, Quad-core 1.4 GHz processor and the androids can do a lot more, like being able to go into the system files, be able to drag and drop items, etc.
5. The Android market and the play store have larger varieties of apps.
