The trick is to take away the other person from the sentence to see if it makes sense. "Spac and I went to the market. I went to the market." Both make sense, therefore "Spac and I" would be correct in that context.

But in this context, she's showing a picture of herself to other people. When you show a picture of yourself to someone you'd most likely say "This is me." What she's saying is "This is me and spac." Take away "spac" and you get "This is me" which is perfectly fine.

However, "Spac and I" is not correct because if she typed that, she'd essentially be saying "This is Spac and I". Take away "spac" from that sentence and you'd get "This is I" which makes no sense at all.
