Well clearly the statement that's being made is that whether the person was pissed off or not, and feels they have the need to bother the person, the person they're bothering is stating that he couldn't care less whether or not their emotions were hurt or what they're going to try to do to get back at the person for pissing them off. It's just time and energy wasted
