Can everyone please stop saying prayer does nothing and doesn't help in any way? Half of everyone's prayers are " God let me win the lottery so i can go become the biggest retard on the planet and buy myself 50 ipads and 20 beach houses and, ect." when God says SPECIFICLY in the bible that if your prayers are for selfish or self gaining reasons they wont ever happen. Also, ever heard of a thing called free-will? People blame God for everything or not helping when you are the one that has to start something. I had a friend who stopped going to church because his mom died in a car crash and he blamed God that it happened. Seriously? It wasn't the retarded drunk driver that rammed straight into the driver-side door? it was so God? Yeah he isn't someone that forces anyone or anything to do something. People make mistakes not an all knowing and all powerful God. Dont make him your scapegoat.
-End of rant

Alright... But what about an innocent child who got.. let's say brain cancer.

If God exist, how is that anyone but his fault.. He is all knowing and omnipotent and I've heard pretty often our creator.

That'd be like if you're a parent and your kid slips on a wet floor and cracks his skull, you see it and go.. I love you, but I just.. Can't.. Be.. Arsed.. to call for help, you're on your own son, cu.

Wanna tell me he's not responsible for saving his innocent children from unjust harm when he was not only aware but so easily able to? I'm glad your friend stopped going to church after his mom was killed in a car crash.. according to you, the deity you worship watched it with indifference.

- Something to think about.

Well this is going to be extremely poorly worded and sound just horrible and make Christians sound even worse so I apologize before hand. If I were a better writer it would help.

But anyways I believe it's allowed to happen because if the world was perfect and nothing bad ever happened to anyone then how would we know happiness? We are happy when things are not bad but if we didn't know what bad was like it would all be just there. When something such as that happens it shows us we had to have something really really great to make us feel that sad. Then we understand how happy we truly were. If everything were perfect, we would love no one, and care only for ourselves. Therefore it wouldn't really be perfect. With as much as I hate cancer (I promise you I understand it well... This last year my father was diagnosed with stage 4 TCC) We need the sadness so we can be happy.

''Just remember friend, we live in this world, we're not of it''

Like really? What are you.. a Scientology nut? or what is it the Mormons believe? Jesus was an alien and the garden of Eden was in Missouri.

Like I'm more certain of evolution than my own existence so I'm pretty sure we're part of this world. But even Christians came up with the whole from dust to dust thing, which is a symbol exactly of you being from this world and now you return to it, which in my opinion, is your most beautiful quote. I'm sorry, it's getting out of hand when you no longer think that this planet is your home, my friend.. your religion is harmful to you and you are wrong.

- Science is beautiful, old books of poor wisdom are not. Evolution is fact and not opinion and you are a part of this world, you are a part of a primate species and by any definition, still an ape, the species you belong to have been part of this world the last 200.000 years, only the last 2.000 years did a religion pop up in the middle east which is much different from what you believe today, the man Yza/Youza/Jesus you quote would not be able to recognize his image in your church and hardly any of your preachings. The Christianity Jesus preached directly was almost lost in year 200 by complete destruction of the Romans who are now the catholic church. The only we got from it was that they saw it more like a Buddhist sect than a Jewish.. you might have to consider Jesus may not even have believed in 'One God'

by saying "of this world" i mean being of the sins of this world. When a christian says "being of god" it means you devote yourself to god and live for him,not the world. We live here,as in physically being born here, but we are not of this world and its sins.So from now on when you hear someone say things like worldly or godly, that's what they mean.Happy to clear that up for you =)
