How do we know that that's a small bag? What if he is actually a giant holding a regular sized bag of chips?

you do realise the air is there to protect the chips if there was no air you would be buying bags of flavoured dust

It kinda looks like it says faprika because of the way the light is shining on the bag.

Interesting facts about Lays/Walkers:
Walkers came first (Brit: 1 Am:0)
Pepsico bought Lays First (Brit: 1 Am: 1)
Then bought walkers (Brit: 2 Am: 1)
Lays had that logo first, but pepsico changed walkers to match (Brit:2 Am: 2)
Pic unrelated

One of the reasons they do that is because the air cushions the chips. When they ship them, those bags are shaken all over the place. If they actually packed the chips in there tight, you would get a bag full of crumbs every time. The only way they could ship totally full bags of chips would be to use some other kind of packaging as well (like bubblewrap or some shit) which is way more expensive than just adding some extra air to all the bags.
