Upon googling "snapbacks," I've discovered it's just a hat with snapping thing in the back that makes it adjustable. If this is accurate, then 1) This is definitely not a fad. These have been around AT LEAST since the '90s, and haven't gone out of "style" once since. And 2) How do you know he's wearing a "snapback" and not a regular hat? You can't see the back.

As for the snapbacks, yeah, it's fucking lame when people purchase a large amount, but it's only lame if you don't remove the stickers and shit.
