I blame three things: Parents, most of all; Media; and culture. I think that kids nowadays are conditioned from a very young age to believe that they are entitled to a shitton of respect from people, especially adults. Not only that, the extra 'special' ones get COMPLETE immunity from real world consequenses because they're 'mentally challenged'. And I'm not talking about the actually retarded kids. I feel bad for them. The people I don't feel bad for are the people with "independent educational plans" just because daddy pulled some strings with the system and saved your fat, lazy ass. The media makes in VERY clear from a young age that only extroverted, risktaking is good. Knowledge is made out to be a bad thing and something to be feared. Caution is to be thrown to the wind. Respect is something you are entitled to, in this twisted fantasy world, not something you earned. I EARNED my fucking respect. I wasn't handed my life to me on a silver platter. Kids nowadays are conditioned to think and act like fucking teenaged pop stars from about, oh, let's say, KINDERGARTEN. I absolutely hate what we have become. Lazy. Parents are lazy, living out their selfish, adolescent lifestyles, which, may I add, usually includes divorce. Pop out a kid, send him to day care, where he learns that only the strong survive, send him/her to elementary school, where he/she either lives or dies. In high school, they get knocked up at some drunk party and then they have a kid and the cycle repeats. Because that's what we've become. Our culture has been so watered down by the human jackolanterns on TV and the other jack offs that we surround ourselves with that we don't even see the truth in the mirror anymore. We need to wake up, but I don't think that we will. I actually think that we can't anymore. Maybe it's chemical. Maybe it's cultural. I don't give a fuck. If society wants destroy itself, then so be it. Because I'll end out on top, as will most of you.

Today: That kid is a total douche, he must need his add meds refilled or his allowance cut back to a hundred bucks a week

At the store I work I see all these alcoholic 26 year olds with 5 year old kids, and they just swear and act unpleasant right there in public in front of their kids.
And they spoil the brats too...buying them any candy and drinks they want...

Stupid people...everywhere, and all I can do is watch them.
