sad happy angry frustrated stressed hurt etc....also sometimes will cry for no reason due to prev siad emotions building up and i need a release.....afterwards i feel much better.

some will do it for no reason or for attention casue some are just nuts thatway. at least some take others in consideration and do it away from people to not bother others.

When I asked them, they always told me they feel sort of relieved afterwards. They just do it when they're stressed and sometimes don't even have a reason to cry, they just feel like crying helps them feel better. There's your answer OP
