So what the hell people, you sick fucks make jokes about people being killed in a movie theatre and like them but then you see kindness to a disabled man and say "faith in humanity restored"? Alot of you are a problem for humanity.
It's hard to explain. I can't make you understand. But I'll say this, and no, it's not directly relevant. People die, and there's nothing you can do at that point. You can mourn for the DKR victims on the internet, or you can make silly quips about it on the internet. Either way, it's not making a difference to the people directly effected by the tragedy. It's the same as liking silly facebook status's about kony kids and whatnot. But, no matter how you respond to tragedies like the DKR massacres, you can still see nice pictures and words about strangers helping a disadvantaged individual enjoy his favorite country artists concert and be happy, because you are seeing living people doing admirable things for other living people. If you don't like this, don't be upset. Perhaps I am just musing.
Additionally, it is easy to read a nice story like OPs' and face it like a considerate person. It is not as fun to confront a massacre and go into somber mode. Everyone knows comedy is a coping technique. If life didn't suck, 95% of the comedians out there would probably find themselves without an audience.
