I'm pretty sure coughing will jog your arm, jog the needle and end up with you getting stabbed or the needle snapping or something horrifying happening.

I had a blood test once, and the fucking nurse made me laugh during it, i jolted my arm a little and it caused an air bubble in the syringe so there was no blood flow and she kept fucking moving the needle around in my arm like a bloody joystick.
