Yeah that's probably a Chow Chow and if it has a purple tongue it definitely is like that other guy said, but if it is a Chow (and that's you or you're planning to get one) train them well, thy're recorded to be the third most reported bitters.

Alright did about a minute of research. To me the puppies look like they can be Chow Chow(think this is it), Chinese Foo, Pomeranian, or American Eskimo.
