In the first one, the angles are too severe and the proportions are slightly off. The body parts are not shaped correctly. I would suggest studying the human physique more closely. It also appears as if certain body parts are being viewed from different perspectives. I have no idea what to say about the second one, but the grim reaper looks nice. Good job.
