So this becomes an issue of time zone, only if he is in a time zone that is 24 hours late after Eastern Time.
THERE IS NO MOTHERFUCKING GODDAMN TIME ZONE ON EARTH THAT IS FUCKING 24 HOURS LATE AFTER FUCKING EASTERN TIME. THE LATEST IS ON GODDAMN 6 HOURS!

First thing, 4chan has always been in military time so 05:45 is 5:45 AM. So that alone rules out your whole 6 hour theory you have for the first post. And as to why op put '4 years later, almost to the minute' is beyond me.
Second, It isnt a new date worldwide until the sun has passed the international date line, which rests near the center of the Pacific Ocean. So it could indeed be up to, but not more than, 23 hours difference.
