we can put notes on customers' accounts at work. they're meant for notes about restricting them hiring DVDs etc, but as you can see, we don't really take our jobs too seriously. i saw this note while i was serving the woman and actually laughed in front of her when i read this. thumb if you wanna see more, cause there's loads i've come across when browsing the system

From data protection laws and stuff, aren't customers supposed to be able to read the comments wrote about them in their accounts?

zombiestookmybike (07/17/2012) [-] yeah they are. due to the data protection act (at least in the country i'm in) anyone has the right to see any information held about them if they ask to do so. we are, however, allowed to charge them a small fee for it. so basically we can charge them a fiver to find out we hate them.

Do the same thing at Hastings. I always put weird notes on people's account and when coworkers bring it up they see it :D
