Well, i saw this in a previous comment, but

He's alive because of the time turner...

Yes, but they never brought him back to life. In the book, they use the time turner to go back in time but they don't actually change anything. Everything is exactly the same as before. For example, before using the time turner Harry thought the guy who used that patronus (to save him) was his father. But when he went back in time it turned out he did it to save his past self. Thus, the only way for harry's parents to have been saved by the time turner would be if someone from the future had used it to ensure that they never actually died.
