The fact that because of something they read they decided a man should die was irrelevant, he simply shouldn't have written it, problem solved.

People that feel they can dictate or senselessly hurt the lives of others because they take offense at harmless things that these people do are offensive themselves, and they should be the ones being scorned, not the harmless people who have incurred their mindless bigoted wrath.
